Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By submitting your phone number on our wedding website RSVP form and checking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Anya & Derrick (“we,” “us,” or “our”) related to our wedding. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked; you must actively opt in. Your consent is not a condition of attending the wedding or using the website.
Types of Messages
Messages are informational only and may include:
- RSVP confirmations and response acknowledgments
- Event reminders and RSVP deadline notices
- Wedding-day updates such as ceremony time, arrival instructions, and parking details
- Schedule changes or important logistics updates
- Post-wedding messages such as thank-you notes and photo sharing announcements
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages leading up to, on the day of, and shortly after the wedding. We will not send excessive or unnecessary messages.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:
After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
Help & Support
For help, reply HELP or INFO to any message you receive. You will receive a response: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.”

Messaging Platform
SMS messages are sent using Twilio, a third-party messaging service. Twilio manages opt-out and help keywords on our behalf. Your phone number and message data are processed by Twilio in accordance with their privacy practices.
No Marketing or Promotional Content
All messages are strictly related to our wedding. We will not send marketing, promotional, or advertising content. Your phone number will not be sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than wedding-related communications.
